Weekend rides?

Post by RPerson »

Anyone braving the cold this weekend? I'd like to get in 60-90 minutes both days, although I may find myself stuck with only one. Conversational pace, probably mid-day. I'll be on my cross bike with a 42x12 at best so leave the "fun ring" at home

I think the high of 30 on Sat. and Sun. coupled with the chance of snow on Sun. will keep me inside on the trainer. Luckily the DVR has some new movies to watch.

I'm hoping to get 2 hours in each day. Maybe we can find some mass for a Stow gathering which would allow for several options.

I'm probably good for at least one day and Stow works for me. Post up with times.

How about Stow Plaza at 10:00 am on Saturday. I will probably ride locally on Sunday since I'm headed out of town.

I can't do any earlier than around 11:30. If you guys want to go earlier, I'll fly solo.

I may ride out from Watertown for the Sat. ride...if I am not there by 10:00, though, don't wait around.

Looks like there are no takers for Stow at 10am.
I just talked to Bill - We are going to meet over there at 11am.

Rich, You think you can do 11?

I can do Stow today and tomorrow at 11:30 today (house full of 7 year old girls for a birthday party right now). Rich, Michael, if you guys are going out later, please let me know, I'll check posts for the next hour.

Grade 1 hoops practice starts at 10:15 so even 11:30 is pushing it for me. Are you guys doing the Wednesday loop? Maybe I'll ride part of it the opposite way and look for you.

What is the Stow loop by the way? Do you guys go up Taylor Road? I live off of that, so I can probably meet you along the way.
