Weather is looking pretty good for a FMR. Forecast temp 43 F as on right now.
Route is whatever is the will of the people (I will concede should I lose the vote ).

In.
How about a cross bike alternative, doing a variation of the WNR from a few weeks ago starting from aero?

Would it avoid the crap sections at the beginning/end of the WNR?

I am not sure what crap sections that you are referring to, I thought that the rout was great.
Anyways, here is my suggested route:

Yeah, it was for the most part, but the beginning sections in Southborough were choppy and slow (you even commented how slow it was). My taint isn't used to that any longer

Anyway...not sure if you've ridden through that Cold Harbor Brook section or not but you'll probably need to dismount in 2 spots due to some rocks - think of it as like crossing barriers! It won't be bad in the daylight...you just can't hammer through it like on the Aquaduct!
Re: FMR - 11/20, 6:30 AM from Aero Coffee
I was going to ask about that area because I know BA rode that area before and did not enjoy it.strat wrote: ↑Thu Nov 19, 2020 11:38 am Anyway...not sure if you've ridden through that Cold Harbor Brook section or not but you'll probably need to dismount in 2 spots due to some rocks - think of it as like crossing barriers! Rees, any chance you'd be up for a regular FMR or some variation of it?
