It is looking like the last 30+ deg day for a while. I hope to get in at least 2 hours. Flexible on start time as long as it is after 9 am. Wouldn't mind doing another Stow loop. Anyone?

I'd be up for a noonish ride. Maybe heading south though - Sudbury, Concord.

I will be going for a weekly ride out of arlington center.....right where the bike path crosses Mass Ave at 10am. The ride is a brisk pace. The group splits after about an hour or so and one half rides a total of 45 miles and the other does just around 60 miles. Did it last weekend for the first time and had a blast. See you there if you are interested.

thanks todd. no birsk pace in these legs. looks like i'm going to stay local and head out shortly.

Good Ride Bill.

I was hurting for the first hour or so then felt pretty good for about 45 minutes until I died. Good thing the last few miles were all downhill.
