Ironman 70.3 World Championships
Ironman 70.3 World Championships
I just watched Kyle Bowers cross the line on IronmanLive's streaming coverage sporting the MRC colors. Looks like he had an awesome race. 31 minute swim, 2:22 bike (avg of almost 24mph). No run split yet, but knowing that's his strength, I'd guess he must have had a sub 4:30 total race time.

Well done Kyle Congratulatgions. How you managed to keep your season going through to Novemeber is beyond me.
Also need to mention the other MRC member racing at Clearwater. Crystal Anthony had an absolutely amazing performance and finished 4th in her AG.
THATS 4th IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!
Her overall time was 4Hrs 21min 21 sec which is pretty amazing but what totally blew me away was her bike split of :
TOTAL BIKE 56 mi. (2:12:54) 25.28 mph
