Stow Ride Saturday 4/3
Anybody up for a 3 hour ride starting in Stow Plaza. I will be heading out to the Sterling area for anybody interested. Start Time 6:00 am.
Re: Stow Ride Saturday 4/3
Thinking .. thinking ..
I could perhaps start the " C " level ride aka 14-16 mph group ( yes, I am serious ! )
I can shop lift your starting area at the Stow Plaza and go ' round the Wachusetts res. I would welcome company at this pace, but I do need to be back by 0845.. Gotta meeting at 0915 in Marlboro.

Team
There are 2 group rides out of Stow.
I would like to meets at 6:00 for a steady Z1 ride with effort in Z2 for the last hour. I need 3+ hours. I do not planning on re grouping with the other ride at 7:00 and would like to do the Sterling / Res Loop.
The 7:00 am ride will be hill surges with re grouping. I would prefer a steady pace.
If you are interested please let me know. I will leave my house early ( 5:00 am ) for a solid warm up. For those that want a early start - can loop through Harvard.

Steve,
I like how you post specific ride protocols as it helps folks who are on structured training plans as well as those looking for fartlek rides.
Of course, it would be even more helpful if you were to share exactly what Z1 and Z2 mean, e.g. high and low w/kg
I have that clinic this Saturday, but look forward to future Saturdays.
