Flanders Repeats Thursday 3/20 ??

I'd like to do the same workout as last week.

3 reps, a short spin and then 3 more reps. I might take a slightly longer recovery than just riding down and heading up again.

We did a short cool-down and then had a few recovery sodas afterwards. That works for me again too.

Anyone?

Where is Flanders Road for us newbies? What are the specs, i.e. length, avg. time to ascend...

I forget the specs, but find the Piccadilly Pub on(just off) rte 9 in Westborough near Technology Dr. We usually park in the dirt lot in the way back. Top of the climb is in front of the restaurant. It's a good long steady grade...

There's an off chance I can make it Thursday, but I'll be late.

Todd and I are going to try to be moving by 430
sorry if that's too early for some people but we'd like to get it done. The temp drops quite a bit around 5.
We'll still be there for a while after 5 if people come to start the workout later. You'll just miss the first few reps and can do a few more after we finish.

PJ, I posted a google maps link in the thread from a couple weeks ago.

I don't blame you guys for starting early if you can. I hope to be there but won't make it until 5:00 or 5:30. I wanted to post this in case there is anyone else interested in doing repeats at a later time.
