Saturday Brick Bolton

The weather looks terrible this weekend. I am going to plan on doing brick Sat Morning and will bike outside if the weather clears in the afternoon. I will host a spin run from my house.


5:00 am extra credit spin
6:00 am Time Trial Spin
7:30 Long slow run

Yes weather is still looking poor. I'll join you for the spin at some point and then the run. How long are we running? I'd like to make this my longish run of the week (14ish) in the hope of riding outside Sunday.

Unless it is pouring rain, I'll join you for a run. I'll probably go a little shorter than last week ~10-11, and hopefully a little faster.
