Pattie- I am out. I am most likely having my knee scoped on October 10th- going to do heavy duty PT till then to see what happens. I am in official wind down mode right now. best of luck with the Kona training. Was hoping to do a few more centuries with you....

Mark, I echo Welling's good wishes for a speedy recovery from your knee trouble!
