What's the ride plan: route, effort-level & distance/time? I'm in Marlboro and may join you if that's okay, especially if you're headed west...

I am going to start earlier to get in some extra credit. I was thinking 7:30 - 9:00 and then I will ride home. May thow in a few intervals and the average speed will be somewhere in the 18mph range. This won't be a hammer ride.

I might try to start out w/ you guys and try some intervals.
I know my way around if I become OTB : )
( I found out last w/e that I still have along way to go to get better
