Who wants to meet me for a 2 1/2 hour ride out of Harvard:
Sunday Morning:
This will be a spirited ride: 19 1/2+ MPH
My main set is 2 Hours @ 85% of FT

This will be the final ride of the week. I ran this morning to make up the run I missed on Monday.
