Early ride - Sat 7/4

Weather permitting, I'll be looking to get out for 2 hours (+/-) of endurance pace. Start location flexible, but within 10-15 miles of Sudbury preferred. Start time between 6:00 and 7:00 would work.
Any interest?

Meet at Stow plaza... or is Atkinson Pool better for you?

Atkinson is really easy for me. I can easily go fo 2+, even if we start at 7:00. Nothing on the schedule that I need to worry about. Let's see if anyone else pipes up.

Alan what does " endurance pace translate to in mph ? " 20mph on rolling terrain ??
Is endurance high zone 3, low zone 4 for you ?
I may get cancelled from work in the am ( will not know til 0500 )
May want to join in if ya avg 19ish on those rolling hills.
Do not think I could hang if you want to go over 20mph for the 2 hrs.

These days my endurance pace is probably in the low 20s on flat/gently rolling terrain. I'm sure you'll be fine with it.
Russ, how about 7:00 at Atkinson?
