Sat Spin / Run Brick

Smudgers basement will host the sat morning spin/run brick this week.
Spin 5:00am to 7:30am
Run 7:30am to 8:30am
No need to do the full 2.5 Hr spin or the run you can join the spin at any time after 5:00am
Post up if you are coming and mail me

Have fun gents. I'm going to opt instead for a 5 mile run followed by a quick ocean swim, unless it's too hot and sunny, in which case I may just do a mile swim. My job sucks.
Oh, and the "teats" down here are more appealing, too.
