Who is up for a brick at my house this Saturday and Sunday?
Sat
6:00 am spin
8:00 am run - Easy
Sun
6:00 am run
7:00 am spin

I'm in for Saturday. I'll try to do the whole 2 hours of the spin, but I'm not going to run for more than 20 minutes.

Slight change to the plan.. The spin still starts at 6:00 but I am going to run before the spin so I can do a longer bike.
