Minuteman Road Club

Hi folks,

We are spinning at our place on Sat. a.m. Doors open at 5:15 (pls use pull-up door in back of house). Fun on trainers starts at 5:30. For those who need extra beauty rest, come start between 6:30-7:00 if you wish . . .

I will plan in being there early... I need to do a 2 hour ride and a 1/2 hour EASY run.

I'm in for ~1.5 hours on the bike.
