It's in the members section of the board under "Club News & Info."

When I'm logged in, I don't see a "members section"??????.....

User Control Panel link at top of page --> Usergroups tab --> join the "MRC Members" group.
An admin will have to approve your membership request, assuming you paid your dues. Then you will see some new sections of the board.
