Saturday Spin / Run Brick Bolton

Howdy everybody.....
Here is the plan for Saturday's spin / run. Please note the main set is a really good one. I have 2 TT DVD's that we can use. You may want to bring your heart rate monitors for the bike so you can keep yourself honest and within your goal rate.
Spin
Warm Up / Drills - 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
TT Main Set 6:00 AM - 7:20AM
Run ( Note - we need to start at 7:30 Sharp )
7:30 - 8:30 ( 10K EASY PACE )
