I think it's time I test out this shoulder... don't be surprised if I self-drop along the way!

I'm going to do a 3+ hr Aerobic/Tempo ride to Concord in the AM. If you'd like, I can swing through Stow at 6AM and you(s) can join me.

Is interested in something more interesting than the Stow loop.

Smudger, can you translate this into English because I think I might be interested...

I think that:
roused the Res = "Around Wachusett Reservoir"
up the hill = "Up the Wachusett auto road"
pic = "Picadilly Pub in Westboro"

Am I close ? ;)

At 5:45, I remembered that I had to cut the adjustable strap on one of my shoes after my crash (the release button tore off). I raced to the basement to get the sps pedals off my trainer bike and then out to the garage to put them on but discovered the limit of my injury when I simply could not get the pedals off my #1 bike.

:: frustration ::

What did you guys end up doing?

Landry's came through for me again: they had a strap and buckle for my older shoe. Since I "saved money" by not having to get new shoes, I sprang for some Speedplay pedals instead.

:)

ancient Chinese proverb: "Man who fixes bike morning before ride plays with fire"

(coming from the guy who is usually pathetically unprepared)
