Who's up for a "heat stroke special" Wednesday @ 6:30 from Stow Plaza?

Hey Russ, what do you think about making it a little later (cooler), eg 6:30, and doing a steady endurance pace?

Later than 5:30 would work for me, both for the heat and in case the game goes into extra time

I just want to confirm the "steady endurance pace" part of that...not a hammerfest...endurance to tempo pace. Is that okay? If you guys are looking to go harder, that's cool too...I'll just ride from my house.
