Flanders Road Repeats Tuesday 3/11

Eves and I are planning to do some repeats at Flanders Road tomorrow 3/11/08
He has a workout that requires 2 sets of 3 reps of four-minute efforts
Flanders takes me about 3 minutes at full tilt when I've got July fitness. So it should fit his plan nicely considering March fitness levels.
I might not be able to do 6 hard repeats but I might as well try. I'll be doing power climbs and Todd will be trying to spin. Anyone who joins us can do the hill at their own intensity/pace.
Plan is to meet at the Picadilly Pub sometime around 3:30-3:45. I can't commit to a time before that because I never know when I'll be done at work but I should be able to make it by 345 at the latest.
Six repeats with 3 minute recoveries in between and a 10 minute rest after 3 should take about an hour plus a little warm-up and cool-down means we should be able to have a beer at the Pic by 5:15

Park in the back part of the lot on the far side of the fence.
