Bolton Recovery Ride - Sund 3/13 8:15 am

Anybody want to join me for a 2 hour recovery ride on Sunday from my house. 17 - 18 mph pace. I am running for 2 hours and then will start the bike at 8:00 am.
If you arrive early feel free to wait inside.
6:00 Run Start - 2 hours at 7:50 pace
8:15 Bike Start - 2 hours 17 - 18 MPH

Hi everybody... Please note I changed the time a little for tomorrow...
Start time for the run is 6:00 am and will be an out an back... Very easy if we get a big group. I pushed the bike start out 15 minutes and adjusted the pace down a bit.

I'm out, forgot E has a birthday party tomorrow... will be on my own sometime tomorrow!!
