Ride With GPS is a route mapping/training site that is new on my radar. Offers free and two tiers of paid accounts. MUCH better interface than bikeroutetoaster.
I wish
Strava allowed you to plot and export routes like this and BRT do. Still worth checking out.

More on Ride With GPS: just mapped the
Weds Night route to test it out.
- Very nice interface allows you to use keyboard to move map around, the mapping function does not get confused when your route goes back over itself like the WNR ride does at the end (MapMyRide is very frustrating in this respect)
- Total win when you want to edit a route: just grab a piece of the route and pull it to where you want it to be.
- Live generation of cue sheet (pdf export of cue sheet w/paid account)
- Live generation of elevation profile (not laggy either).

The interface is great but they want 10 bucks a month to download courses to a Garmin. Ouch.

Nah, just download a tcx and import THAT to your Garmin via the Garmin Training Center.

As Russ knows, two of my friends are the co-founders of Strava. I gave them the feedback and they said this has been on their radar map for a while now and are working on it.

cool site. Too bad that aren't doing engineering in Boston - that would be some fun stuff to work on.

Can't wait for Strava to let us share maps. That will be a big win.

So you know, Matt and I are working to get Strava as a sponsor for MRC. Stay tuned.
