Anyone have time for a 5:30-7:30am FMR tomorrow?

I can do 2 hours, but I'll need a 5 minute head start so I can go easy until I'm over Sawyer Hill. Or maybe I'll start at the same time and take the old route. (I hate being the guy everyone waits for at the top of the hills!)

I can do 2hrs if I drive over, which gives me a little more sleep time. What are we talking, 2 loops? Or one longer loop?

I'd like to go but if I do, I'll be that guy.
What's the new route? Or is it just two loops of the old route?
If you guys do 2 loops, I'll ride the second one with you...

I can do 2 hours, but it will cut into my coffee time.

I propose that we do hills #1, 2, and 3 as normal, skip the lollipop and descend Green St, then go back to Berlin Ctr, repeat #2, #3, and then do the lollipop. It adds about 10 miles, which should bring it really close to 2 hrs. Route is below.

We'll do the warm-up stretch of Howard/Lyman twice. As I've been pointing out for weeks...there's a town line there. I'm guessing the pace on lap #2 will be a bit faster on that stretch...

Doug, if we do that, what's your estimate of when we'd be going through Berlin center? 5:30 + 1:15 = 6:45 seems like a good guess. I ask because if Mr. Cole wants to join for loop #2 that might be a good meeting point/time.

I'm good for 2 hours, though, like Doug, will have to cut coffee time short. Doug's route looks good, and gives us options to adjust time if necessary.

I'm in for my first FMR of the year and can do the 2hr version but I will be skipping the coffee after.

Ouch. Good thing we have a couch in the conference room, because I'm gonna need a nap later.

I was alone with both boys all day today and forgot that I had even considered this.
Hope to see you next week.
