Sunday, 3/4 ~4 hrs

The roads should be cleared up Sunday after tomorrow's temps/rain. I'm looking to get in around 4 hrs. at a gentle winter pace with the occasional hill or town line effort thrown in. Meet up at Roche Bros./Westboro or Berlin P n R, whatever the consensus is. Voting for a 9:30 a.m. start. Thoughts?

Was just going to post a similar ride. I vote for Westborough :)

I'm up for this ride, but your use of the word gentle throws me off a bit. If you can guarantee some hills I'm in. I'm way past gentle unfortunately... :o

17-18mph. Hard efforts on some hills. Able to breath and converse mostly. Riding bikes. Gentle.

In. Despite being further for me, I vote Westborough because I think if we head south we may have drier/less snow roads. I am fine with 9:30 am.

we have plenty of snow here right now and it looks very messy outside. might be day for cross bikes and fenders.

What about going closer to Boston? How about inside 128 and south. Meaning a ride that maybe starts in Lincoln or Weston and goes through Belmont, Arlington, etc?

I am up for it if my cold feels better. More likely to join if the ride is closer to Boston.

John, while the road conditions are probably more favorable out that way it's a bit far from home for me. I understand if others want to meet up closer to Boston, but I'm gonna stick to Westborough and head south. 9:30 roll from Roche Bros. Definitely running full fenders and bringing out the jalopy.

OK, I hear you PJ and I want the company. I'm in for the Roche Bros at 9:30 AM. I will be bringing the cross bike ready for the wet. I will be in draft mode, just hangin' on. Need more rest, but want to get a decent long ride.

To be clear to everyone, it is BEHIND the Roche Bros in Westborough. The parking lot faces Brigham Street.

I'm in.
Anyone from the Littleton/Harvard/Acton/Boxborogh area want to ride to the ride?

Good chance that I'm in for this ride. Don't wait if I'm not there, though.

I might be game but will meet you along the way as you head south. Any idea of the route. I'll ride west from Holliston so could meet in Hopkinton along 85, Milford around 140, wherever. let me know the route.

Len - most likely going southwest. We could go out through Upton center down towards Mendon before turning west. We could meet you in Upton or Mendon.
