Wednesday night Stow Ride

Anyone want to do the Stow Loop tomorrow at 5:30 out of the plaza? It would be like old times (so I've been told). I need 1.5hrs at an endurance pace with a few short hill efforts thrown in. Anyone? Bueller?

In. My presence will guaranty "endurance pace", although I'll still be wheezing like I'm at V02 max.

Possibly in, I need more than an endurance ride. So I may do a Z5 "warmup" then join.
