I know much of our road contingent is racing Sunday, so I'm proposing a short, easy pace ride followed by a more challenging loop for those not racing.
Start at 7 a.m. at the Atkinson Pool to do this loop:
http://ridewithgps.com/routes/1145381. I'm talking small chainring, 17 mph avg speed for this loop.
Once we return to the pool (should be about 8:30 or so), I'd like to put in an additional 2 hours at a higher pace/effort. Willing to entertain proposed routes for this (around Wawa Reservoir?)

I may jump on near delaney at ~7:30. I have very little desire to get up any earlier.
Im racing sunday but its only 15 miles and I will likely sit in and just contest the sprint. So I may even be up for the extra credit option.
So if that is the route, I will likely see you at noname rd / harvard road / finn rd intersection.

Russ -- I just got the hook. If nothing develops I can ride at 11.

Russ, I made a last minute decision to meet you @ 8:30. I got there a few minutes early so I started to ride the loop backwards. Never saw you, and after getting to High St in Acton I'm pretty sure I know why. I suspect you deviated to avoid going down that hill on the torn-up asphalt. Good decision. Coming up it was no picnic.

Exactly! We went straight on Parker/Concord into Maynard. We were way ahead of you anyway: by 8:30, we were in Stow, not far from Sweeney's house - did an easy loop with some touring-types we met up with there.
