Soggy ride - Wed 5/9 - 5:45 PM

Unless thunder and torrential rains prevail, I will be riding from the Stow plaza @ 5:45 (or 5:30 if no one else joins in). Standard WNSL Wawersik Protocol. (Hang with cat 3s as long as possible on hills, regroup at tops, paceline to next throat-punching.)

I'm interested. What color on the radar map indicates too much rain for even a rule #9 ride?

Dunno about colors, but light rain is OK, rain heavy enough to cause major vision problems at all times is not OK. Electrical activity of any kind is a show-stopper for me. I am only about 20 minutes from the start, so I can check radar and make a decision pretty late in the afternoon. I suspect most people need to decide earlier on whether to make the drive.
