All you out of shape off season riders:
Jeremy and I are talking about a ride from Stow Plaza at 7 AM to Lexington. We will get a coffee (either at Ride Studio or Pete's, depending on numbers). Then we will ride back.
About 36-40 miles, depending on the route we take. So probably 2:15 of riding, plus 20-30 minutes for us to get coffees and drink them. So 2:35-2:45 hrs total.

Sunday the weather currently is supposed to come in later. Supposed to be about 50 and only a 20% chance of rain predicted. Watch this board in case the weather changes.

If you want to go fast or get some serious training in, this ride is not for you. It won't be lolligaging, but it will be off-season pace. Maybe 17-18 paceline MPH.

In, although full disclosure, John's "offseason" is more intense than 99.4% of most people's on-season.

I'm in, though I'm not sure how well off I'll be after Canton (not to mention this ride pretty much tops out as the longest ride I've ever done)

@treeswayers: I am guessing you will be fine... just stay in the draft. But wait, are you old enough to drink coffee ;-)
