WNR 4/9 Stow Plaza @ 5:45

Any interest in a "rhonde" type ride Wednesday night? It's classics season so I figured I would post up to gauge interest. I have several good routes in mind, we can finish somewhere with food and beverages. CX bike mandatory, Hudson/Stow area.

Alternatively, we should at least go ride road bikes.

Let's get something together, what's the preference?

I was hoping the WNR would start this week, all the more so since the weather today (Tues) is crap. Rhonde approach will force me to get my CX bike in working order (need to for the RdR, whenever that has been rescheduled to).

Got a proposed route to examine?

I like the idea but I don't currently have a functioning CX bike. New frame being built up now and the old one was cannibalized to get the new one going.

I'd be down with a regular WNR...

In for the road.

Although I've been on many of the roads, this will be my first time on a WNR. Keep me in sight if possible :?

Somewhere on the forum there's a good description of the WNR (maybe someone can post a link). It's a no drop ride, but not necessarily a "stay together in one big group". We regroup at multiple locations:

- intersection of S Acton and W Acton Rd
- before crossing 111 onto Liberty Square Rd
- top of Oak Hill at Pinnacle
- end of Prospect Rd (after Fruitlands)
- end of Bare Hill Rd (at Green st)

From there its twisty so generally we stay together and don't lose anyone (until the sprint anyway)

I'm in, and likely starting from Berlin PnR at 5:15 sharp

Thanks Chris. I'll look up the route and note those locations.

is there parking at stow plaza? I may join you from the PnR if time allows, but won't know until I test the traffic from Boston tomorrow.

I'm going to try to make it to the P&R, if I'm not to busy with work. Even if I do make it to the start, I may be struggling to hang onto the Pare Bullet Train after dropping 7 pounds thanks to some mystery flu on Sunday night. I know my way home though... :|
