Minuteman Road Club

I'm going to do the ZWOZ ride Thursday morning.
6:30 AM from the start/finish line in Richmond. I'll do a lap at around 3 w/kg and then jump onto the ZWOZ ride starting at 7 AM from the Start Finish line.

Here's the description from ZWOZ:

RICHMOND - Two laps. 2-3W/kg regrouping at the top of second hill on first lap. RACING from the Libby Hill KOM start line on second lap.
ZWOZ at the end of your name.

Yeah, too late for me too. There is a 3:30pm ripper called KISS, which is 2 laps A/B/C/D mass start. Race starts from the gun.

I really haven't found a race that works for me. Most of the ones I've tried the A's are like Pro 1-2's and the B/C/D get shattered all over the place on the first hill so there really isn't a B/C/D race other than a number of individual time trials.

ZWOZ was nice last week since the group actually rode together for 35 minutes or so before things blew apart, and since it wasn't really listed as a race per say,
it wasn't a bunch of Pro 1-2's taking off when the fun began.

We need to organize some MRC virtual group rides and/or races. I've been on Zwift quite a bit this off season, but have done next to zero riding with MRC.

I'm normally on a few days a week around 5:15am.

A team group ride would be great!

I have to be done before 7:00. Will probably start before 6:00. Chris if you see me when you log on join me and I will do your 3 w/kg warm-up with you.

The KISS races are fantastic. There is a Monday race that we should all do once the barn is done.

Sunday 10:30am ESS is fantastic. It is 4 laps of Watopia flat course done in reverse at 3-4w/kg. Leader kept it together until the exit of underwater tunnel, then its full on race. Everyone who rides in ESS knows how to ride the pace.

Spin out for ~30 minutes, and ride the USS. Similar ride done at same pace starting at noon, but not as disciplined.
