Landry's Ride Sat 5/14 7am Westboro - NEED RIDE LEADERS

For all pertinent details see "Landry's Weekly Rides" post as first topic at top of this page.
Please post up if you are available for this Saturday the 14th.
For the upcoming weeks, don't forget to talk up the Fondo!
Okay, there is going to be one slight adjustment for next few weeks anyway. I have been in discussions with Mike Cahill and will be meeting with him sometime before the end of the month (full details on this I'll present at the June club meeting) and he has, let's just say, "clarified" a few things. This isn't to get into a discussion about who's right here or about the logistics/dynamics that we've all seen at the rides. My role is to coordinate these rides as best as possible and to be cognizant of Mike's concerns.
To that end, I've been asked that a proposed ride will ensure a return time to the shop (assuming a 7AM rollout) of as close to 9:30AM as possible as that is what he advertises. If the group consensus is to add on more at the end, then that is fine. This is primarily an issue with the "A" ride leaders since non-MRC turnout has pretty much been non-existent.
So, please be prepared with a route for the "A" ride that is more in say the 44-46 mile range tops using an 18-19mph pace. If you want to have a backup route that is longer that is fine but should only be used if nobody but MRC riders are doing the "A".
I will be at the rides both this week and next to see firsthand how things shake out. I will take the lead wherever it seems most appropriate. I'd like to get someone else for the "A" ride this week and I'll take the B or C group. I'm hoping to coordinate it such that the B/C's will start on a similar route then have someone act as a SAG to monitor when/if it's appropriate to split off the groups. Here is a possible route for the "A" group as the primary option: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/13120509
Okay, who can help out this week? (KT automatically gets a pass - heal up!). Thanks!
