Watopia this week so we had to change things up a bit.

Join the Minuteman Road Club for their Friday morning ride. Should take about 1 hour.
4 Forward Laps of the Watopia Hilly Course. That's 5.7 miles/loop.
Steady group pace of 2.5 w/kg on the flats and and increasing minimum pace on the KOM, ending with a race from the KOM start to the lap finish line on the 4th (and last) lap.
Each time up the KOM, the leader will act as a back marker, riding a steady pace, then dropping back to 2.5 w/kg at the top.
Other riders are welcome to go as hard as they want on the KOM, just soft pedal after the top until the leader sweeps them up.
The leader’s pace on the KOM will be as follows:
Lap 1 3.6 w/kg
Lap 2 3.8 w/kg
Lap 3 4.0 w/kg
On the 4th lap everyone must be behind the leader at the KOM start, then flat out race all the way to the finish line.
