Got this message from Tom Francis at Mass Bike.

MassBike and Pedal Power are hosting an event this Thursday from 7:00-8:30pm with local legislators on cycling in Middlesex County. Legislators are acutely aware of the demands on citizens time, so it only takes a couple representatives to convince them that the issue is a winner; we have an Act to Reduce Traffic Fatalities under discussion on Beacon Hill now.

Please share this with the membership. The address of Pedal Power is 176 Great Acton Road, Acton, MA. The date is July 13th. Any presence from the MRC will make a difference.

I went, was a good event, but not as advertised...Mass Bike is meeting with legislators looking to make our roads safer for all cyclists + turn Middlesex county into a cycling destination on par with The Netherlands. Josh
