That sounds good. I've been down with a cold lately, I'm not quite over it, and the Saturday CRW ride always turns into a race. Where does it depart from? What time?

Art-- Meet at Stop and Shop plaza on Rt 117 in stow. from 495 take 117E about 1/2 mi past Stow police station.
Michael, moderate pace is fine. I can ride from home to add some miles.

Me too. I'm looking to get out around noon for an hour. Road bike's out of commisssion, so I may head for some trails.
