'official' WNR 7/21 canceled - optional show-and-go

The 'official' WNR is going to be canceled again due to the threat of severe weather. As of right now the forecast looks like we'd be okay, but as we've seen in recent weeks that doesn't mean much as the forecast changes every 15 minutes. Optional show-and-go ride is your choice.
