Need to start training again. Need some wheels to try to hang on to up those hills. Any volunteers?

In, but I plan on hanging on your wheel.

I've got an evening appointment tomorrow, but I'll ride the route and clear it of debris at around 3pm for you guys.

You able to join us tonight at 6pm? I am OK to ride 30 min and swing back round and pick you up if that works for others

I vote for the rest of us leaving @ 5:30 and have Mike show up at 6:00 and chase us down. That way he'll get a better workout and I won't have to watch him ride away on Oak Hill. ;)

I'll be there as long as there aren't any thunderstorms on the radar (I melt in the rain).

Not riding hard for 3-4 weeks really helped the legs. Tomorrow morning will be the real test - if I did too much on my first day back in training, I'll feel it when I walk down the stairs. (Smudger tells me that going down backwards reduces the pain.)

How come rest isn't good for my legs?
I'll never forget what Coach Tim Crowley said once -- stress isn't rest.
See you guys next Wed ready to climb and sprint!
