Anyone up for a start at 8 or 9? Looking to ride for a couple hours, 30-40 miles, steady aerobic effort. Rebounding from knee injury, so can't really push it.

I would prefer to ride later, but due to an emergency weekend work project, I'm forced to do the 6:00 AM thing so I can be done early enough.

Jeff -- definitely up for a Sunday ride, lets touch base with weather.
was able to do 2:15 today at about 18mph without my knee telling me to back off. so I can push just slightly harder than that.
BTW, congrats on the 2nd place at Thompson speedway!
