Sunday ride - 4 hours

Post by RPerson »

I've got 4 hours on the calendar for Sunday. Start time and route are TBD, but start is likely to be early (not dark early). I have different route options in mind... willing to negotiate. A coffee stop (or two) is likely. Pace will be easy to moderate. Anyone?

I could be in, depending on how thrashed I am after 60+ miles on Saturday.

I could always ride to you and head from there. Make it a little longer for me if you're legs are dead. Just let me know.

Looks like my plan will be to leave home around 7 for this. Doug, I could ride to you or some other location to meet up. Route completely negotiable.

After my 3 1/2 hour solo ride (never found the Wachusett groupetto), I spent the rest of the day tearing down one of my retaining walls that was falling down and rebuilding it. I'm so wrecked that I'll be lucky to get out of bed in the morning. If you want to ride this direction, I will try to be there but no guarantee. South Berlin Rotary or somewhere on River Rd in Hudson seems like good meet spots. Pick a spot and estimate your ETA, but don't wait for me if I'm not there.

Doug, we got to the 110/117 junction at around 7:50. We waited ~ 5 minutes and bailed. Sorry we never hooked up. I realized that cell phones may have been handy...

Pure Hockey Parking Lot at 7:45. I'll roll at 7:50 if nobody is there. Might just decide to ride from there down to Wells to spectate/heckle and then wander home. Coffee/snacks in Needham center probably.
