Masters -- Wells Ave "A" March 21
Masters -- Wells Ave "A" March 21
Be there at 9:45 to start team trainer warmup at 10Am. Race starts 10:45. Plan for 1 hour easy miles afterwards.
If it rains there will be an indoor trainer ride at my house at 10AM.

I haven't formally been kicked out of the B race yet.
I have a much smaller chance of racing for free in the A race.

You can't be serious? I am calling you out. NO B race anymore. I don't care how much training you have or have not done. Take your licks it'll make you stronger
Re: Masters -- Wells Ave "A" March 21
I've only raced C races at Wells, 5 or 6 of them last year, so would they let me race A? I'm still a Cat 5.

Mmmm....pizza.
Re: Masters -- Wells Ave "A" March 21
The A, B and A/B races are 1-4. No 5's.
I'm in for Sunday. Like Coley, rather do the B but I'm game to ride where we have numbers.

Ei yi yi yi yi
There are way too many captains here.
I am trying to get everyone rowing the same boat.
Can you not row against me?
There is no "I" in team.
This is not about winning a race.
This is about training (why they call it a training race).
Get used to the speed of the big boys.
You will thank me later.
(Len, masters is Cat 1-4 only. You'll need to have experience in 10 mass start races to upgrade).

I said I'm in. There is a me in team you just have to misspell it.

No sense of humor --had a bad week. Had to move my entire office out and back in for a flood that cruelly stopped 2 inches below my floor level.

Len won the C. 3 of us were fill in the A. Don't know if we had any Bs. I need to train.
Re: Masters -- Wells Ave "A" March 21
Nice job Len!
The A race was 26.16mph. It was a pretty clean race and the traffic wasn't bad. No crashes. It was really windy, which made it extra hard to show at the front vs the elite riders. Everybody put in a nice effort, blowing the carbon out of the legs.
