21 miles, hilly, usually fairly high intensity. Great ride.

Unfortunately I can't make it this week...

OK got it. I can't make it this week, but will do another time. Solomon Pond Road in Northborough normally isn't too far a drive for a good early morning ride for me.

It's a hill interval workout. Pace is usually pretty hard, depending on who shows up.
