FMR lite

Post by pace21 »

I'm planning on doing a low intensity FMR, around 18 miles and skipping the last climb (Ball Street) as a tune up for Sterling. I plan to go easy for the majority of the ride, with some hard efforts only at the top of the 3 climbs.

6am @ Giuseppe's. Here's the route (it has a bonus loop in the beginning which is mostly a flat, nice road):

Who wants to join the fun?

That does sound like fun. I may be able to make it this week.

Chris, Have you been reading my training plan again? This is perfect.

Rob, Doug, I'll dress appropriately so I don't need to ride as hard as last week to get warm :D

I am thinking I will be there. I have been wanting to meet the infamous Smudger and Onegeardoug. I am totally on board with the spinning, easy ride so I can save it for Sterling. I am sticking to that like Alan is. So you may have to wait for me / us on at the top of the hills.
