Stow Ride Sunday - Flat easy recovery 19 mph

Post by teamkimball »

Anybody up for an easy ride on Sunday? 19 mph pace. I want 2 hours of easy riding with a 6:00 am start. If anybody needs extra credit I will be starting from my house at 4:45am.

See how the legs are after tomorrow, but I could be down.

Put me down as 'tentative'. I'll confirm SAT.

is 19mph on that loop considered a recovery pace?

If I hammer the whole way I don't average that fast.
