Missed you guys at the end. Went for a little warm down with my Glasgow Wheelers buddy (who'd have thought another Scotsman in the Peleton). Hope you had a good ride and Bruce I hope your neck didn't totally lock up half way round.

Big group eh! I ws trying to introduce your Scot friend to my former teammate Tom Mannion @ CCB-- who was Irish masters champ.....no one would understand a word between them.

I pulled out after a few miles...damn chiropractor...lucky I did tho because I popped a spoke on way back! Next week.

Yeh the group was pretty big for the roads.

The Met Life rider and a couple of other guys got a gap and stayed off the front until they got pulled over by the cops for riding through a set of lights. This was good cause we weren't make much impression in the chase down. Picked the right wheels in the sprint and got 4th. Wish you could get points for this

It is kind of bad that the Met Life guys feel the need to run a light. for chis sake they're 1&2's with a big stream of 3s, 4s &5s chasing.

I dropped off on Glen and when the rain started and took a shortcut back.
