Sat Spin (and swim and run) - Sudbury

I'm house-bound this weekend while the wiff goes on a ladies-only ski trip. So I'll be hosting the Saturday spinfest at Chez Rusk in Sudbury. For the other tri-geeks, bring your speedo as this will also serve as the 1st indoor/outdoor triathlon of 2011.

Format will be doors/pool opens at 5:30AM.
We'll rotate thru the pool at 30 min intervals
We'll be spinning until 8AM (I have one extra trainer if anyone needs it)
We'll then run from 8-9AM

Coffee & bagels after.

Come on out folks. Time to shake those winter cobwebs!

Any folks who've never been to my place and want to join the fun, IM me and I'll send directions.
