Ride with short hill repeats Weds 4/13 afternoon

Post by jraguin »

I am thinking about doing a 90 min - 2 hr ride with some short hill repeats. I would loop around the Acton - Stow area for the warm-up, then the hill repeats, then cooldown. I was thinking of Windermere Road in Acton. This is a short steep hill, 0.5 of a mile, which I think mimics the Sterling race course hill pretty well

I could be convinced of another hill to do.

I was thinking of going at 4:30 PM. However, I am somewhat flexible on time, although weather may play a part.

4:30 is late for me. I'd have to be in my house by 4pm to join you.

I can go earlier since I assume at most it will be two of us. I was trying to push it later to coax Smudger to come out and play.

What time would be best for you?

Looks to be a pretty wet day. I think I'll clean all the NY State dust off my bike and bolt it to the trainer.
