Sunday 4/23 Stow ride AM ~2.5 hrs
I am thinking of a little Sterling reconnaissance ride. Ride from Stow to Sterling, do 1 loop of the Sterling race course (hard on the hill), then maybe do the hill one more time hard, then back. I will be riding easy besides the 2 hills, but will be inserting in 15 second sprints during the ride with plenty of recovery between each sprint. I think it will be a 2.5 hr ride.
Leaving from Stow at 7:00 AM. I might be able to move it a bit later if that will tempt people. Weather forecast at 7 AM is 53 degrees and rain will have stopped a long time before.

I'm likely in for this. Post up your route, and I'll figure out where and when to meet you.
Looks like the weather in the morning is going to be quite nice...

Likely in. I might try to hook up with OGD for a southerly assault on Sterling.

Here is my tentative route plan.

If I am alone and only meeting you & Doug on the way, I will probably alter the ride to/through Bolton to a more direct route going west on 117 to Wattaquadock Hill Road and then straight into Clinton center. Let me know where you are going to meet me.

Nashoba Winery is 30 minutes from my house. If you want to do the Wattaquadock route, just estimate your arrival and I will meet you there.
If you go through Berlin, that's a lot closer to me so that's fine too.
Either way, I'm in.

I will be at Stow at 7 AM, I will probably only ride out 5-10 miles with you as I need to be back early for family Easter 'stuff".

Doug: Mark and I (and whoever else is at Stow Plaza at 7 AM) will meet you at the Nashoba Winery. I would say around 7:25 AM.
Mark, the winery might be the right place to turn around for you (~7.2 miles from Stow Plaza to the Winery).

Look for me out there, going to leave home earlier, 5:15-5:30 range w/headlight on. Wattaquadock route. What I do while there will depend on how long it takes me to get there...

How long did that plan last... An hour? Forgot it was Easter. Will do my recon ride on Tuesday.
