Saturday 6am Stow Ride - 3+ hours
Saturday 6am Stow Ride - 3+ hours
For those not racing on Sunday, or who are but feel like ruining their chances for a good result, I wanted to post this early.
I'm looking to do a hilly 3+ hour ride starting at Stow plaza and heading west. I don't care so much what the route is, although Wachusett might be fun or somewhere out through Harvard, Sterling, south to westborough area (FMR hills), etc. Anyone with a GPS?
Pace in negotiable, I'll be hitting the hills fairly hard and paceline work would be desirable for at least part of the ride.

In, I have mostly endurance pace on the schedule though....

In. Willing to go anywhere, any speed. I have the FMR route(s) plugged into my Garmin if we head that way.

Sounds good - I want to get out of the same old Harvard loops.

I'm in. FMR is my stomping-grounds, so no GPS needed. A good meeting place may be at 185 Century Mill Road in Bolton.

We should have a solid crew. Planning on heading to wachusett via OGD's GPS, who we'll be meeting at Nashoba Winery at 6:20. Scott that means you have to be on time!

I have the route to the Wachusset summit programmed in the GPS. From my house, it's 58 miles. Should be a good, hard 4 hour ride.

SOLID ride today guys!
Jeremy, awesome pull from Bolton back into Stow... but dang, I was sizing you up for the Stow town line sprint and you "weaseled out" by turning for home before we got there. Honestly, I didn't have much left by then anyways - really felt like I paced myself well for a change and was pretty tapped out.
Gary rode with me past Stow Plaza and went on to make a century out of it. Kudos!
