Golden Spoke Award - 2011 Best Road Crash

Folks,
The annual MRC bash is set for Saturday December 17th at 7PM (see members only page for details or IM me). Every year we present the golden spoke award for the most notable road crash, the golden brick for the most notable triathlon crash (I suppose a running or swimming mishap could be considered in that category, too), and the golden root for the most notable MTB crash of the season.

I hope to see everyone at the party. Post up here if you have any nominations for the Golden Spoke. I'll start with a nomination of John R. for his Sterling crash and subsequent 2nd place finish sporting a stylishing pair of shades.
