Long rides - Wednesday & Thurs.

Post by PJ McQuade »

I have some time off this week and I'm taking advantage of the mild temps. I'm headed out tomorrow for 4 hrs or so, leaving by 9.Probably do the same on Thurs. If anyone's around let me know and maybe we could link up.

I may be interested in tomorrow (wed) but I wouldn't be able to start till noon. I was planning on doing approx 30 miles at what I assume is an endurance pace, but I do need more group rides before the season starts so im up for anything.

What does your route look like?

Noon is too late as my ride window closes at 1 p.m.

PJ
I was looking for an endurance day of some kind on Wednesday. Posted up looking for an all day climb in the whites. Then I found or that my wife had changed plans without telling me. I now have a window similar to yours. I need to be done early. If you are really going to be riding at an early season endurance pace then I can probably keep up for a couple hours. If you want to ride towards me, then we could hook up for a while then you could head home on whatever route gets you your mileage/time requirement. Call me in the AM any time after 6 if you want to plan this. Five o 8 6 8 5 five six 49

Michael,
I will call you around 8 to touch base but if you want to meet up and ride for a bit I can roll through Westboro around 10. Zone 1 ride.

Thanks for tolerating the slow guy today. But I'll be back racing soon if I can keep this up. That was my fifth workout in five days. I'm spent.
