Sun 7/15 ride - 7:00 AM

Post by ahamilton »

In order to beat the heat I will be riding early tomorrow. 7:00 AM start from Berlin Park n Ride (Rt. 62 and 495), heading west. About 2.5-3 hours, with hard efforts on the hills and endurance pace elsewhere.

Did my hardest ride of the year today so I might not have legs in the morning but if there's anything in the tank when I wake up then I'm in.

Tomorrow is the CTTC so if you're heading out to WaWa you'll have company...

Sometimes us old guys need clarification... ”endurance pace” means slow. Right?

Not slow, but not race pace. Want to keep the heart rate up, but at a level that would be "comfortable" for a long ride.
