Super easy ride - Sat 8/18 - 3:00 PM
If you are looking to elevate your heart rate significantly, or feel some quad burn, this ride is probably not for you. When the sun comes out later I plan on doing 1.5-2 hours of very gentle riding. Flat route from Sudbury (Atkinson pool parking lot would be a probable starting spot) to Concord/Carlisle area. Start time in the 2:00-3:00 PM range.

Update: Tom Ball and I will be starting at Atkinson at 3:00.
